The cow manure is pumped from the sewage collection tank to the spiral extrusion separator. After solid-liquid separation, the raw cow manure with a water content of 70~75% is obtained. After entering the pad regeneration system, the raw cow manure is separated twice to obtain the cow manure with a water content of 55~60%, which is then transported into the roller bin for natural fermentation and high temperature sterilization. The fermentation stage is usually 8-20 hours, and the temperature in the tank is maintained at 55-75 ℃. No bacteria need to be added. The temperature sensor is used to monitor, and the ventilation can be adjusted. The time of high temperature sterilization stage is 1-2 hours, and the sterilization temperature is 80~85℃. The heat sources in this stage are divided into electric energy (from January to April, about 750kW per day) and biogas energy (from May to December, about 2000m³ per day) due to the seasons. The heat is converted into hot air source for high temperature sterilization of materials. Equipment comprehensive fermentation, sterilization, drying and other synchronous links, can quickly degrade the organic perishable waste into organic fertilizer raw materials. The whole equipment is constructed of corrosion-resistant stainless steel material, and mechanical stirring is adopted in the degradation box.
