On September 28, 2020, the completion and commissioning ceremony of the “Large-scale Biogas Project in Jingyan County Livestock and Utilization” in Leshan City, Sichuan Province, undertaken by YHR, was held at the project site, marking a new historical stage in Jinyan's official entry into the harmless treatment of animal manure.

Jingyan County as a live pig export county, in 2019, the county has 640,000 livestock and poultry (pig units), with an annual output of 1.18 million tons of various types of manure. A large amount of livestock and poultry manure pollutants make the environmen of Jingyan seriously polluted. In order to protect the urban and rural environment and promote the healthy development of agriculture, Jingyan County is the first county in Sichuan Province that adopts the "centralized treatment in county-wide cycle" model to treat livestock and poultry manure in a harmless manner and realize manure utilization .

The project covers an area of 42 acres and has a total investment of 101 million yuan. After completion, it can treat 274,000 tons of livestock and poultry manure and 3,600 tons of straw, with an annual output of 5.76 million cubic meters of biogas, and an annual power generation of 11.52 million kWh. It produces 25,000 tons of solid organic fertilizer and 245,000 tons of liquid biogas fertilizer annually. It is estimated that the annual sales income will be 19.81 million yuan.

The "large-scale biogas project in Jingyan County" undertaken by YHR is the core project of the large-scale biogas project for utilization of livestock and poultry manure in Jingyan County. The project transports livestock and poultry manure from various farms to a centralized treatment center through a fully enclosed tanker or pipeline, and through medium temperature anaerobic fermentation treatment, the generated biogas is used for power generation, and the biogas residue is used to produce high-quality solid organic fertilizer, biogas slurry is used to produce liquid fertilizer.

The large-scale biogas project in Jingyan County is a beneficial exploration of YHR to help Jingyan County to promote the transformation and upgrading of animal husbandry, drive regional economic development, and solve environmental problems caused by poor manure treatment. It has economic, social and Ecological benefits. In the future, YHR will continue to uphold the core value of "exceeding customer expectations", build a smart platform for environmental protection of "agriculture, rural areas and farmers" and provide quality services for more projects.
